Dear Parents and Guardians,

 

We are a year-round school, which means we offer educational programming throughout the year.  Part of our school year is called "core year" and some portions are called "optional".   These extended year sessions are optional and, in our case, run for most of the summer.  We will be beginning our extended year soon.  We will need to know your plans regarding your student's attendance of this optional session. there is no tuition; the sessions are free.  However, state law requires us to inform you that the session is optional and students who attend extended school years may be advancing to an early graduation during the course of their schooling.

 

Alison Williams our 1-3 reading and language arts teacher has put together an exciting academic program.  We will be developing a continuous learning plan with each student who will be involved.  Even though this program is optional we will be taking attendance and will need to be called if your child will be out of school for any reason.

 

Please fill out the form and questionnaire below and leave it with your child's advisor.
