Liz Sommerville, Director of Human Resources

Liz started with Designs for Learning in 2010 and brings over 22 years of exemplary Human Resources experience. Drawing from both non-profit and corporate environments, she is skilled in recruitment and retention, training and development as well as cultural and interpersonal team building, Liz's expertise and abilities provide a wide range of offerings to Designs For Learning and our client charter schools including HR Department assessments, policy development & implementation, compliance, change management, round-table issue resolution between employer and employee and corrective plans for difficult employees. 

Liz holds an MA in Human Resources Management and an MA in Human Services.
