Alison Ford

Alison Ford joined Designs for Learning in August 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in traditional and charter schools, as well as higher education. In her role on the program support team, she partners with school office staff to ensure compliance with state, federal, and authorizer reporting requirements. Her work includes managing data reporting (MARSS and MACC), and supporting qualitative and annual school goals reporting.

Prior to Designs, Alison served for ten years as Director of Development at a Twin Cities charter school. She also held roles in higher education as a software consultant, trainer, and technical recruiter. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, with a concentration in education policy and school finance.

When not working, Alison enjoys spending time with her two adult children, traveling, gardening, and reading.
