Autumn Terlouw

School Social Worker

Autumn Terlouw, LICSW, is a School Social Worker who joined Designs for Learning in 2025. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul and her master’s in clinical social work from the University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University. Autumn has extensive experience supporting youth and families, with a focus on promoting mental wellness, family and community connectivity, and resiliency.

Her clinical background includes therapeutic supports and interventions for kids and families in-home as well as in the outpatient setting. She also served as a school social worker for 6 years. Autumn was the first facilitator in Minnesota to provide the Ruling Our eXperiences (ROX) group programming. She is passionate about empowering girls to use their voice, rule their experiences and embrace their confidence.

Outside of work, Autumn enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband and four children.
