Heidi Jaeger

Heidi Jaeger, MSW, LICSW, joined Designs for Learning in June 2021 as a School Social Worker. With experience across diverse educational and community settings—including early childhood programs, private and charter schools, adult education, and university environments—Heidi brings a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to her work. Her formative experiences supporting women in prison, individuals transitioning from homelessness, and teen parents deeply shaped her commitment to equity and resilience. Heidi holds a B.A. from Hamline University and an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis. A certified yoga instructor (RYT 200), she enjoys hiking, kayaking, and snowshoeing with her husband and their adventure-loving dogs.
