Ginny Zeyer, Coordinator, Director of Special Education, DCD

Ginny has been in education for 37 years, utilizing her licenses in Learning Disabilities, Mild to Moderately Impaired, Developmental Cognitive Disability, Work Experience Handicapped, Work Experience Disadvantaged and Support Service Facilitator. She has also been an administrator in the Osseo School District for the past 10 years, with licenses as K-12 Principal and Director of Special Education. Her areas of expertise are in Grade 9-12 Transition, program development, team building, teacher training and staff development. Ginny has most recently become an adjunct faculty member at Hamline University, teaching those wishing to get in to the field of education. She is extremely committed to providing the best possible services and education to students K-12.

She has a BA in Elementary Education with a minor in Special Education and special certifications in the above disability areas. She received her Master’s Degree through St. Mary’s University and her administrative licenses at the University of Minnesota.
