Koua Xiong

Koua joined Designs for Learning as a Benefits and Leave Coordinator in 2026, where she helps school employees navigate benefits enrollment, eligibility, and leave requests. She also works closely with our Payroll team to ensure accurate benefits deductions, leave tracking, and time reporting. In addition, Koua partners with schools to help staff better understand their benefit options and available resources.

Koua brings nearly five years of HR experience to Designs for Learning. Prior to joining the team, she worked as an HR Coordinator and as a Staff Recruiter. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Concordia University. Koua is also a SHRM-CP-certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management.

Outside of work, Koua enjoys spending time with her family, visiting Wisconsin Dells, and trying new restaurants.
