Liza Hill

Liza Hill joined the Designs for Learning team in February 2020 as a contractor and join the staff in 2025. With over a decade of experience in charter schools across Minneapolis, she has excelled in managing human resources, operations, and finance. Before that, she spent 10 years as a Program Director at a large nonprofit, honing her leadership and organizational skills.

A graduate of the University of St. Thomas with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish, Liza is also a SHRM-CP-certified professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. At Designs, she supports charter schools by providing tailored HR solutions and expertise.
