Nandi Rieck

Nandi Rieck joined Designs for Learning in August 2025 as Special Education Director/Coordinator, bringing over three decades of experience in education. Her extensive background includes service in a wide range of leadership and support roles, including School Psychologist, Coordinator of Special Education, Career and Technical Education Coordinator, Grant Manager of State and Federal Programs, and, most recently, Coordinator of Research, Assessment, and Analytics.
Ms. Rieck holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, a Master of Arts in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and an Educational Specialist degree from St. Cloud State University.
When she's not at work, Nandi enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and relaxing with her dog, Bruce.
