Tom Dunn
Speech and Language Support Specialist
Tom Dunn joined Designs for Learning in August 2017 as a Speech-Language Pathologist, providing evaluation and treatment for a wide range of childhood speech and language disorders. He brings over 25 years of experience from Minneapolis Public Schools, where he focused on moderate to severe articulation, language, and fluency challenges.
In addition, Tom has more than 15 years of part-time experience serving older adults with neurogenic communication disorders related to stroke, Parkinson’s, and Alzheimer’s disease. He holds a B.S. in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Northeastern University and an M.A. in Communication Disorders from the University of Northern Colorado.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time with family in the Minneapolis and Chicago areas.
